Aborted Western Europe: the Scenerio

Hi, I'm trying to work on a new scenio entitled "Aborted Western Europe". To make a long story short The scenerio would feature, among other things, a united Germany and Italy, but with France and Spain broken up into petty kingdoms, not really sure about England yet. I have a nice timeline worked out that starts with the Norman Conquest of England failing, but I digress.

Anyway, I'm having several problems with this, and I was wondering if soemone coudl bek idn enough to lend me a hand. Pretrty much, I need to know how to delete and create new nations? After all, I really won't be needing Spain and France anymore, or England. But I WOULD like to add nations such as Normandy, Aquitaine and so forth(Actually Spain already has many smaller nations in existence so I shouldn't really have to add any). For that matter, how many smaller natiosn are allowed to exist at any one time, including revolters?(I'll keep a few of the German nations around as revolts, and the Italians to, don't want to make it too unfair or anything)

Also, is it possible to create a new AI file for my new countries(such as Germany and Italy)?

ANy help you people could give me on this would be nice, as well as if you can think of anything I didn't mention here but should know. Thanks a lot.

You can add as much nations as there are tags

Its really easy to add new AI.
Go to the AI folder, copy a nations AI file and rename it to X.ai
then in the scenario file add
ai = "X.ai" below the "tag = Y"
