Here's the UI Overhaul Dynamic , the leader portrait template size problem has confused me for a period of time, seems author also got into trouble here.

Has anyone studied about this problem?
When I try to editing the code, I found that I can not re-size the leader portrait templates size in such as admiral, governor pages. Just like it been locked...
Is PDX not allow this anymore? or I just didn't find the correct way and location?
