Absent leaders

I think that there must be a post like this, but I can't find it, so I'll create a new one. What significant leaders that you know aren't in the game? And if you've created some, what skill and traits you've gave to them? Sorry for my bad english.

I have noticed some generals appear to have been given to the wrong countries, and in one case I've seen capt Mainwaring as a general of (I think) Nepal , though under a different name hehe
