Abusing Legions

I raised a couple of legions and after that I turned the dominant pop in those provinces into slaves but I still get to keep my raised troops. I don't see them being more expensive when that happens and nothing informs me of that.

That is some abuse sir. This should not be possible.

I like to play by integrating POPs cultures while I expand by conquest. When I reach 5 integrated cultures and I want to integrate another one, I downgrade to freemen the least interesting. Thus, I will be abusing the system If I had legions raised with that culture.

This is not only for 1% of players trying to abuse the system.

You can actually (with the 1 legion law) create legion, change capital and boom 2 legions.

Legions raised from a levy should disband after the levy (POPs) are not anymore eligible for levy. This is already the case when the legion go over the levy size, but should include cultural changes and the capital status of the levy.
