When I finish final chapter, I get awards for complete chapter, but achievement Normality restored don't counted.I played with the normal difficulty. What I should do?

Just to be sure, you have completed al chapters 1-9 on normal and not changed difficulty?

In my case, I finished all chapters with a friend in coop, we didn't changed difficulty. In the end, I didn't get the this trophy, but he did. What happened?
