Achievement missing from in-game lists

The "Mother of us all" achievement, based on taking Daurama Daura and uniting Africa's religion under her... doesn't exist...?

Like, it's on the Steam page and visible on the Xbox app, but not in game, even from the main menu, which makes me wonder if it's impossible to get. Can anybody confirm if this achievement shows up for them?

I see an error about that in every error.log I look at, so i suspect it's a bug.

They didn't fix it in v1.1.1.
