Achievements disabled and I don't know why.

I've just noticed a few hours into my save that the achievements are disabled, I haven't used or downloaded any mods yet and I haven't used the included DLLs.

I have a similar issue, all my saves show the "achievements disabled" icon. I fooled around with the unlock mod, though, but in a separate city I did not save. Either that carried over to all of my saves somehow, or it's a more general issue.

I unlocked several achievements before, but none since the icons appeared - although I am not sure if I actually already hit any triggers to unlock more achievements.
