Achivement "Mother of us all" did not Fire

Description​

After conquering all of Africa and converting it to reformed faith as descendant of starting ruler achivement has not fired (some other did fired so it's not that every achivement is inactive)

Steps to reproduce​

1. Start normal (non-iron man) game as "Countess Daurama Daura of Kano".
2. Reform faith.
2. Conquer a lot of Europe and Africa, form Empire
3. Conquer Constantinople (move your capital here). Do not hold any counties in Africa directly.
4. Form hybrid cultures several times (with African Heritage).
5. Conquer and convert rest of Africa (with Socotra).
6. Cry because you have spent few days of your life for failed run ;-(

Yes, you need Madeira. You can see the borders of the "Africa" region e.g. if you click on the word "Africa" in the description of the decision "Unite Africa".
Madeira is marked by white glowing borders.
