Hi everyone,
so I bought a new copy of Cities in Motion yesterday, on the package it says there should be a code for the "Design Classics" DLC.
However, on the backside of my manual there's only the activation code for the main game, below there is an empty white box where the other code should be.
It even says that the upper code is for the main game and there shouls be another code for the DLC right under it...
Is there any way, how I could get the DLC, e.g. sending a picture of the manual to e-mail support?

Thanks for the info! :)

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply! Where did you buy the game from? Have you contacted the seller? They should be able to help you with a missing code, but if not, please let us know!

Hey,

I bought the phsysical copy of the game in a "Pro Markt", a German electronics store. I contacted them today, however they couldn't provide me with a code, because they had none.
The only possibility would have been, if I returned my game and exchanged it for another one, this didn't work either, since of course I already opened the package and activated the game via Steam.

Hello Crakinidy,

In Steam, please right click Cities in Motion and select "Show downloadable content". What do you see in that list?
