I don't quite understand the rules about trading. Are they supposed to stop the allies from hoarding stuff and denying the Axis the ability to hoard??

re: rule 2.2: What about free diplomatic actions undertaken on the players behalf?

re: 3.7: that's just cheating; Majors can easily afford to suppress dissent within a short period of time. If you're willing to postpone 5 factories for a month.

re:7.1 Impossible to detect unless it's a human player.

7:1 Sending spys when it lags still cost as many as you send in money or?
In that case I wouldn't care, the money limits the number one can send not the time...

yes but when they have 10 spies infiltrated in you, they can do steal blueprint etc. as many times as they can at the top percent, and the host cannot do this which makes it unfair besides the fact it is an exploit.

no they are saying the allies can hoard their own rares, but not trade AI countries for them, but they can accept an offer that was offered to them by the AI for rares. The allies can trade away their rares just not trade for them unless a defeceit is caused by built ic, not you are giving 20 to usa for supplies and then a defeceit is caused(this is to completely eliminate the sucking up of rares around the map giving the AI useless econ for something germany needs badly)
Germany may make diplomatic deals with any nation at any percent(so if they don't get rares from AI or human nations it is their own fault).

This post is for Visser, Januss, and Geo. We could try to run the game friday at 15 CET or later, but I have another game at 23 CET so the earlier the better, also I am available same time during the week if we could go sooner than this, let me know. Also if anyone can make the time we set for the game a player is needed to play USSR. Save Date is April 1st 1940 where vichy event has just been manually triggered due to italians taking france territories.

Geo, Francis, Wehr, Ganz Anders, and kodor. Game will continue Thursday 6:30 p.m eastern or for CET (thursday but technically friday there) 00:30

Roger.
If I'm not there, try icq 280-155-016
