Add mod groups to game launcer.

Add mod groups to game launcher, so that you can easily select and unselect different groups of mods.
Visually I see it like the new hoi4 production line ui. You guys seem to support modders so how about mod players?

This. There are so many total overhaul mods that have different compatibility with other mods that it would be a wonderful thing to be able to switch from Millenium Dawn to Kaiserreich without spending five minutes looking at a list of which mods I last played KR with. And this isn't just for HoI4, but for all Paradox games.
