I had an idea for a mod I'd like to try. Adding effects to the amount of Stockpiled gold and/or debt the government has taken out, as well as adding or modifying these effects via laws.

I've found the modifiers for bureaucracy (administrative_overburden/efficient_bureaucracy), Authority (Legistlative_efficiency/political_dysfunction), and so on, but I don't see one for stockpiled gold or used debt in a similar fashion. I asked elsewhere in the forums and the response I got was that they don't exist. Adding them would be useful for possible mods and additions.

Also, being able to change static modifier effects via laws would also be a good addition I think to both modding and possible game changes.

I'm looking for the Treasury modifiers so I can make a mod that adds stuff based on how much principal or stockpile you have (Bonus Legitimacy for high stockpile, Legitimacy Penalty for Debt). I'd also like to be able to change these so that these effects (and others honestly) change their benefits or penalties for the nation depending on laws. For example a more modern government debt law removing the legitimacy penalty in return for a scaling interest rate that is more punative to high debt burdens (replacing political confidence with economic confidence) and/or a government reinvestment bank allowing the stockpile of gold to improve investment (or re-investment) efficiency, representing a kind of government back lending or sovereign wealth fund type of idea.
