Adding CoT, richer provinces ect.

Hello all, I am new here so i prey you have mercy to my stupid questions
I play EU2 for about 4 years and really enjoy it, but now when I played with almost all nations, I would like to make some changes by myself. Nothing large, borders and provinces are same, but how can I add CoT, make some province richer, mabye change her product... I woud just like to play with Croatia campaign like King of Croatia played (http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?t=178124)
Or better to ask, is there made modification for it?
Thx, and once more, sorry for my lack of knowledge, I have AGCEEP, some MyMaps but I would like to play same as King played

There is a COT probability modifier in the Province.csv file.
You can modify the base tax value there aswell.

You can also modify taxvalues and create COTs in certain provinces by event. And by editing your save game file.

Thx, I got it. How can I add some provinces to be core provinces, same as King made with Steiermark, Istria, Bosnia, Rafusa and Banat?

Either by event with command = { type = addcore which = provnumber }

or by editing the savefile.

Just add the province numbers to the line:
nationalprovinces = { xxx } in your country

Or you could change the szenario spezifications for your country (again, search for the line nationalprovinces = { xxx } ), but this would change it for every game you play from this szenario.

Could you be little more carefull, I mean, I really don´t know where it will be, can you tell me un which directory it is?

You find the savefiles in ...\Europa Universalis 2\Scenarios\Save Games just take the one and search for your country. In your care you should search for "tag = CRO"
if you found the two lines:
country = {
tag = CRO

then you're right. Then just find nationalprovinces = { xxx } and add the provinces you want. You can find the province numbers here: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?t=42046
