these are all location crossings that actually would go over a mountain pass in the alps (well most, I didn't find a map with all the alps, and I really wasn't sure in the eastern alps since I don't know these parts very well)
Marching along an alpine valley or crossing a pass are two very different things - as it is now all mountain provinces are impassable in severe winter.
I propose adding mountain passes, which should not be able to be crossed in winter at all, and also impact control and supply.
As an aside, north of Schwaz and Innsbruck there really should be impassable terrain, the Nordkette and Karwendelgebirge is not something you walk over with an army.
