Adding new ministers....

Ok i tried to add my own minister with a unique personality set.

I did same thing as in AOD... Added minister next to another minister....

But the game crashes saying "minister string bla bla not found*....

Any ideas how to make it work? Im trying to edit "minister_modifiers.txt"

Also ive found a lot of bugs in minster files in this game my little program inspects hoi2 distribs and finds errors/mistakes etc heres a small list of booboos it found in ministers...

first is the mistake then how many times it occurs in the minsters_tag.csv files.
