Adding Titles

I just decided to take a look at the 1187 scenario (I've mostly only been on the 10660, and I noted a couple of titles that weren't creatable in the 1066 scenario (mainly the kingdom of Cilicia). The question I have is how do I add these titles to other scenarios?

Those titles are 'uncreatable' titles. Which means they only exist at the start of a scenario and once they are lost can no longer be recreated. In the 1066 you have f.e. the kingdoms of Nubia and Navarra which are uncreatable.

If you want to make title 'creatable' you need to add provinces to them
