Some small changes that should make dealing with succession in admin realms less frustrating.
1) House heads can nominate anyone from their house, but not dynasty, for any governorship.
2) A governor that is not a house head can only nominate their children for their governorship.
3) Any house head can nominate anyone from their dynasty for the title of emperor as long as they are not a child of a current governor. They can freely nominate their own children for the title though.
