It mostly functions for me - it mostly strugges if there is a building already in the grid zone and you try to remove it. Use it before zoning and it should work most of the time.

This mod appears to be broken, or at least conflicting with something else. When I enable this mod, clicking on the road tool turns off all UI elements, and the Escape key no longer functions. It essentially makes the game uninteractable, requiring a force restart. When I disable only this mod, everything functions as normal.
