Description​

Despite the patch note stating that "Adventurers only getting Criminal & Travel contracts in the Steppe" has been fixed, the issue still persists in current game.
Adventurers in Steppe regions continue to only receive Criminal and Travel contracts, with no other types appearing.
Could you please confirm whether the fix was implemented correctly or if this behavior is still intended?

Steps to reproduce​

Just create an Adventurer in Steppe and try taking any contracts
