Advisors should be limited to be drawn from provinces of accepted cultures.

Agree in principle. But what if you have no province with accepted culture?
Than I guess they should fire of your capital and be of your primary culture.

It makes sense, historically you were not going to see disliked cultures in positions of power and would more incentive to have as many accepted culture as you can.

Wait, it's not already like that? I've been living in a lie...
Nope right now it choses a random province for your courtier to spawn from, and his name and portrait is based on the culture of the province.

Advisors don't take names or even looks from cultures it's based on the country files of the countries that have cores on your provinces (including your own).
First names from the culture files are only ever used for nation designer games and dynasty names are only used by advisors in that situation as well.

SO what you're saying is 'Destroy the foreign cores, destroy the foreign advisors'?

That is good to know but you should still consider changing it to use accepted cultures instead.

Or countries that have cores in provinces that have accepted culture.
If strait up lifting the names list from the cultures is to hard then yes.

Well, if I have a foreign culture accepted in my territory, it's more likely than not there'll be a primary tag which will have cores somewhere in one of those culture's provinces.

Well, that's not always true, especially after the first 150 years of the game when some of the cores disappear.
