after establishing the kingsguard white sword tower doesnt go the LC, and I cant grant him the title either because hes not able to produce heirs. and harrenhal gets castle ruins even though nobody sieged harrenhal. do more people have these problems?
 
To my experience there sometimes is a problem with The Kingsguard if you've given the castle to someone by accident before the event happen. No idea about harrenhall, I always go there because it almost instantly makes me win the war against Harren.
 
I just played through the conquest and noticed it took a very long time for the KG to take White Sword Tower, but he ended up taking it after like 2 years. It's just taking longer than usual.
