After a harm event kills a character, I am unable to interact with popups such as empty council position, new martial education unlock, etc.

Description​

After a character died from a harm event, I was unable to interact with most pop ups including open councillor position, new education perk unlock, etc. Also, in multiplayer when a character died from a harm event the game crashed for both players and then we got the above bug when we reloaded.

Steps to reproduce​

Get a harm event that kills a character. Try to interact with pop ups.
