I thought the problem is in the game files, I verified the game files, it didn't work. Then I deleted the game and reinstalled it, still didn't work. Finally, I reset the computer, thinking maybe I have the trouble information, but it still doesn't work. If my problem is not solved, I'm thinking of returning the game.
