After transferring save game from to 1.10.2 to 1.11 all struggle catalysts in Iberian Struggle have ceased for AI and player alike.

Description​

After smooth gameplay in Iberia slowly progressing to hostility phase through catalysts, all progress stopped. In 946 I updated my save to 1.11 which had come out that day. After playing some years further I noticed that building in castle holdings no longer caused struggle catalysts towards hostility. In actuality all catalysts ceased to fire after updating. It has been almost 30 years in game and no more catalysts have fired. Let it be known that I own all dlc content besides Wards and Wardens and Princes of Persia and Tours and Tournaments.

Continue 1.10.2 save in 1.11+ ( without Persia DLC?)

I had the same problem on my save. Gutted, as I was invested in my character's family. Not sure will start again so would be good if there was a fix.
