Here is my first crack at an AAR.
This is stock 1.05, with the No limit mod. I was Brazil.
(I'm starting from the end here, at the peace treaty that I decided would have been signed after the fall of the USSR)
Date: October 21, 1967
Place: Aboard the Brazilian Battleship Brasillia, in the middle of the Atlantic.

Hitler wasn’t happy. He wasn’t happy because that he was in his 70s, in the sun, and forced to attend a stupid peace conference that his aides had talked him into. He looked up and down the table that was set up on the foredeck of the Brasillia. Next to him, on his right, was Mussolini of Italy. Although back in the 1940s Hitler didn’t like him and, frankly, thought that he was a buffoon, he had come to like him over the past two decades (although he still though he was a buffoon). To his left was Emperor Hirohito of Japan. Unlike Mussolini, Hitler knew very little about him, and, in fact, knew very little about Japan.
Across the table was the two Allied leaders that mattered: President George Patton of the US and Winston Churchill of Britain. Patton was the only war hero of any import the Americans had, as he led the successful invasion of North Africa in the late 40s. Churchill’s Britain got dragged into the war when France declared war on Germany in 1940.
At the head of the mahogany table was Joao de Silva, president of the only non-aligned country that mattered anymore: Brazil. Brazil, over the last two decades, had conquered all of South America (save Hitler’s ally Argentina, and the Allies’ Venezuela), as well as all of Central America, except for British Belize and the Panama Canal.
De Silva stood and began to speak. "Gathered world leaders, honored guests..." Hitler’s eyes began to feel heavy at the Brazilian’s monotonous voice, and he began to nod off...

==============================
The Second World War brought many technological advancements, one of which was the atomic bomb. Countries had raced since the early 1940s to be the first on the block with a working nuke. The Soviets were the won that race, which they demonstrated for the entire world to see.
Late in the evening of July 22, 1948, a Soviet Tu-3 bomber dropped a nuclear bomb on the German controlled city of Leningrad. Over 300,000 people, German and Russian, perished in the attack. One bomb would have been bad enough, but a grand total of 7 would be dropped in the space of two decades.
In the morning of December 6, 1950, Paris disappeared into a nuclear fireball. It is unknown who dropped this bomb, as the Russians were too far away to drop one, and it is doubtful that British had a working A-Bomb at this time. It didn’t matter to the 330,000 Parisians who died, of course.
The years of 1953 and 1954 was the high water mark of the nuclear attacks. Prague, Sofia, Warsaw, and finally Amsterdam were destroyed as the retreating Russians launched every nuke they had. In mid-1954 a new Tu-7 bomber carrying a nuke was shot down en route to Berlin.
The last A-Bomb to be dropped until the bombing of Berlin in the Third World War was dropped on København in 1958… a last gasp from a crumbling USSR.
Date: October 21, 1967 (Slightly later than before... one good nap later, in fact)
Place: Aboard the Brazilian Battleship Brasillia, in the middle of the Atlantic.

"Herr Hitler! Herr Hitler!" Hitler’s aide was yelling into the Furher’s ear.
Hitler startled awake. "What?" He grumbed.
"Sir, its time."
Hitler looked up and saw the peace treaty laying in front of him. He picked up his pen, signed it, and turned to his aide.
"Can I go to sleep now?"
"Nien, Herr Hitler... we must listen to that boring Brazilian some more."
Hitler sighed.

=================================================
The main points of the treaty of the Atlantic were thus:
1. The cessiation of all hostilites.
2. The Axis keep all of thier conquests, except as noted.
3. All Allied possessions in Africa (save South Africa) are turned over to the Axis (either Germany, Italy, or Vichy)
4. Itaty will withdraw from Scotland.
5. The Panama Canal Zone is transferred to Brazil.
6. All Free French assets are transferrred to Vichy France.
7. Indochina, the Phillipines, China, and the Dutch East Indies are transferred to Japan.
The allies was not pleased with this, but they knew that this was the best they would get. Hitler wasn't happy with this either, as he wanted more.
(Just a start here... hopefully I'll remember to finish it!
