Again: Exploded HoI-CD and Responsibility

Hey!

Some weeks ago I told you that my HoI-CD exploded.
Amazon.de (where I bought HoI) has given me at once a brandnew HoI without any additional cost.

But who will give me a new DVD-Rom?
I asked KochMedia Germany (who is the distributor in Germany for HoI), but they said, that Paradox is responsible for these things.
So tell me, what will we/I do?

I think It wasn`t my fault and so it was the fault of someone who is involved
in making the CD.
If you think it`s not your responsibility then tell me exactly whose it is.
I don`t want to be sent from one to the other and then backwards again.

I am not a lawyer but I would say the person who manufactored the CD or the one who made the drive is resoponcible, neither of whom are Paradox to my knowledge.

I would say the real culprit is the Maker of the CD-rom Drive, talk with them.
