If there was ever a EU2=>Vic converter (about which I'd have no idea), there was certainly not a specific AGCEEP=>Vic converter

At least one person in the EU2Vic forum (yes, it has its own entire subforum over in the Victoria area) has reported success converting an AGCEEP FTG save.
