Find it hard to believe that only 3 of us are in our 50s!

Been playing board games most of my life. In the 80s I played lots of postal games via the Uni Zines (remember 'Pigbutton' etc anyone?). Also attended live game convensions at Birmingham Uni (I was just about the oldest there too!).

Around '84 started playing, and hosting, Dipomacy games over Prestel, Compuserve and BBs - lots of fun.
Also invented a Game about the world of boxing that was very successful over Prestel and had around 200 players.

I cannot really see a time when I will hang up my gaming shoes - it keeps me in contact with lots of different people and helps keep me young at heart.

I just hope that games with the quality of EU keep on coming.........

Games back in time

Hehe

My first computer game was Space Invaders on the ZX81 where I marvelled at the clever use of the A's.

First game to be blown away was possibly Elite. First game to be absolutely addicted to was Dune 2 on the PC.

No tell a lie it was Chucky Egg on the BBC Model B;)

Miles

p.s to save looking age was 33.
