Age of Wonders: Definitive Edition?

Age of Wonders is a great game and given the success of AoW4, I think it wouldn't be unwise to think that people still enjoy good turn-based games.
So here I am, as an old fan, trying to get the conversation started about a "Definitive Edition" of the original AoW with Updated High Quality graphics, better UI/UX, high quality soundtrack, maybe a new campaign, good Multiplayer Support, rebalanced AI, etc.

And release it on consoles. I would really like to play AoW on switch.

I too will love to see the first and second games redone for modern systems. When i first heard about AOW4 coming out, i went back and replayed all 4 of the originals. Yes Shadow Magic too. In fact was my favorite one. But again would love to see the first two make a return. Especially with Merlin making an appearance. Have to go back to 2 again for his story.
