Hey there, I'm playing as a pagan for the first time with CK2+, after many hours of playing as a small count or duke not worried about anything outside my realm, and I've noticed something that I hadn't noticed before. It seems like the AI does not build that many buildings in their holdings. I first noticed this when I destroyed three holdings on my first major raiding trip after the viking era event of 793. I've since looked around, and other than a few predetermined holdings, mostly in Constantinople, it seems like there are very few buildings in holdings. Is there something causing the AI to not build buildings? It seems like they have money, they just aren't building much.

That's something which is not specific to mods. Holdings not getting buildings built has been a regular issue in CK2 for some time.

Good to know. I guess I'll have to make sure my holdings have some money buildings before I hand them out. And in the meantime, the British Isles are going to need to build lots of new holdings. :) It should make my future conquests easier, although less profitable perhaps.
