This modification to Paradox's game "Victoria: Empire under the Sun" gives
the AI various technological gifts and production bonuses to partially
compensate for various weaknesses it currently has (as of version 1.03c).
See the download for more information.

Effects of this mod include more AI railroad building, earlier intro-
duction of advanced ships, slightly more raw materials available on the
world market, and a somewhat tougher game overall.

Installation is easy: either
1. copy the contents of the main file to any active events file,
OR
2. edit the events listing to include the file itself.

AI builds too many railroads in my opinion. I like how VIP 1.4 fixed that nicely.
