Ai characters don't gain extra lifestyle xp from being on the council or their education trait

Description​

Looking at landed ai's lifestyle trees, they always only gain 25 xp for any lifestyle, regardless of education focus, council position, or court position.

Steps to reproduce​

Start any game, put landed characters on council, and look at their lifestyle xp gain.

You sure it is not just a visual bug where it scopes back to what your own character get in any particular focus?

When I inspect any ai character the xp gain listed in any focus is the same as my own character.
