AI Children never return from Meet the Peers

Description​

It seems that children of AI rulers attend Meet the Peers events but never return from them. The appear as visiting another court and then remain there. Even when they come of age, they never return (physically to their proper location). They are still listed as belonging to their original court but they are physically adrift. This soft locks events as well. If you have promised a grand wedding and this occurs, then you can never host the wedding since the child is always shown as attending an activity.

Steps to reproduce​

Start a game. Watch the AI children. Notice them. Leaving court and never returning. In the attached save, all of Louis II's children are stuck in foreign courts.

This is a Bug since they have introduce it in the Game, but you can try to host a tournament or feast(feast are better, because you can make them an honorary Guest), to get them back to their courts.

But I see it is an Observer Game, so this is probably not an solution.

Yeah this does seem to return them to the proper location! Though it is still impossible to have a Grand Wedding with them since it says they are at an activity even after they are back in their proper place.

Follow-up: It appears the Grand Wedding issue is actually related to another confirmed bug where being a designated regent means you can not ever have a Grand Wedding. However, the basic issue remains the same.
