There are new AI modifiers in DH, others are put into use (like some unused nuke AI parameters I worked on recently).
AI is one of things in DH that will see improvements and expanded moddability in every patch as it never could be either perfect or moddable enough :rofl:

I mean AI to take control of my army as it is for HoI3,is there any way or mod for this?
