I was trying my hand at modding the production AI and I have some questions.

Which AI files do I actually have to modify to make the AI build what I have filled in the files. For example I "ordered" countries like the Soviet Union, Germany, Brazil and Italy also to build some CV's but the only country that actually builds them is Germany.

All those countries do research the required technologies but don't build them. I thought that I should change the relative build scheme to yes but to no avail. So is there anything obvious that I haven't seen?


Also, where can I change what puppet countries build, I don't like it that they only build infantry divisions.
 
Countries balance their forces according to the scheme you set. So for a 100 unit force, they would need to have ~90 various units and will build 10 CV. Nations dont automatically build all that they should, it also depend on IC Brazil will try to acheive balance like I said but will have a hard time with its low IC and will need time. And Puppet countries spam infantry because their AI dont load, an event would be required to make them load it. Play a hands off game for several years and see if it changes.

The relative build yes thing is for the AI to try to react to the actual combat needs, meaning they will try to make planes when enemy is bombing then and such. They dont follow the set scheme anymore.
