AI should liberate nations.

Hi,

who can i make a nation liberate another?

I try to enable every nation to liberate every nation.

Example, the Soviet Union conquerd afghanistan, now the soviet union should liberate Afghanistan as an satelite.

I already find out the the "liberate = { AFG }" command, but the 'Union still don't liberate any country. I also add "befriend = { AFG = 100 }" and nothig happend. And I tried "protect = { AFG = 100 }" but Afghanistan is sill not free.

Since you tell the AI to do that, probably it will take some time before it is liberated(i.e. not immediately). Better proceed by event if you want an immediate result.
