AI wont confirm betrothals

Description​

The AI does not confirm betrothals, my brothers have been betrothed for 3 years now each and still do not confirm them. These aren't even grand wedding matches, and one of them are right next door to each other, so diplomatic range is not the issue. This has happened since the game released and its still happening.

Steps to reproduce​

Look at the betrothals of my adult, landed siblings that will not marry. I made the match as my previous character, the father.

Hello there! Thank you for the report. It unfortunately wasn't clear what the issue was. Could you provide more information and if possible a way to reproduce the issue? Save that you have provided is missing mods. Is the issue reproducible without mods, on the base version of the game?

Yes it happens even in vanilla. Betrothals that I make as a previous ruler are not confirmed when I play as the next one (with the candidates no longer at my court). In the examples above my two brothers were betrothed for over a decade and ultimately were not wed until well into their 30s, It took a long time for the AI to confirm the match, despite both parties having long become adults.
