Not sure why you would want to unless it's for scenario editing. If that's the case there is. Open the TC2M.ini with Notepad and add the following lines under the [Initialization]
DbgLvl=1
NoAI=1
Alpha Omega=1
These will allow the following: DbgLvl=1 will turn on a display of the facing and location (x,y) of the selected unit along with some other things.
N0AI=1 will turn off the AI. This is useful for moving units to positions for use in making scenarios. Once positioned, pressing the "L" key will make a unitloc.csv file with the positions of all units in the game.
Alpha Omega=1 will allow positioning of both sides. Think of it as being a GOD mode as far as scenario design is concerned.
Changing any of these back to a 0 value will turn them back off.
