Aircraft not allowed to rebase

I do no know why, but I reinstalled and now cannot rebase my aircraft. I'd like to know if there is a fix. 1.07
Also, unable to attack directly. I can attack if a unit gets into my way while moving to a province.

Not really other than a problem with the installation.
What's your checksum?
If your OS is Vista/Win7 and AoD is installed inside c:\program files then directly start aodgame.exe with admin rights

win7, new install(delete old, download and install new, install 1.07) checksum UYDT

Checksum is wrong for 1.07, should be MZJY.
Again, where did you install your game into (path). If it's bought via Steam let Steam verify game cache (or whatever it's called).
If it's bought on CD/DVD or any other distributor which permits to change the install location (path) try c:\games\AoD instead of the default path in c:\program files

I will try to reinstall and get the correct checksum.

starts as correct checksum, still unable to rebase aircraft. save gave, go back into AoD and checksum changed
