All leases of a hostile holy order can be revoked if one of them is in your domain, even if they are not in your realm. All you have to do is to use the title selection button.

Steps to reproduce​

Conquer a county with a hostile order lease in it. Try to revoke the lease. Observe that you can change the title to revoke.
