Vic3 and CK3 are fairly similar, but HOI4 is not. You may or may not have the same cause for all those crashes.

I see no real problem in that dxdiag.

Did they all start crashing at the same time? No mods involved for any of the 3 games?

After such a crash, can you start and play the game right away? Or do you need to wait a while, or reboot, before it will run again?

Either way, does it then take another 20 minutes to crash?

Right click on victoria3.exe , properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, cap refresh rate at 60.

If those don't help:
Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3/pdx_settings.json .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log , exceptions.log

I temporarily fixed this issue: Go to BIOS of the motherboard > extreme tweaker > SVID Behavior > Intel fall safe

After this setting, no more crashes in 3 hours. I am still testing if it will crash in the future

Not sure why
I didn't pick that because dxdiag has up until now said "12th gen" or "13th gen" for the affected CPUs. But I see that one is 14th gen, but that is not called out in dxdiag.

That might explain the CK3 and Vic3 issues, but not HOI4 as it does not use AVX or AVX2. Assuming you still have HOI4 issues please make a new thread in that game's Tech Support forum. Thanks.
