Summary​

All textures and detail are suddenly very low quality and very slow to render (if at all). Issue has suddenly started in 24 hours. I'm playing on an RTX 3060 with a Ryzen 5 5600X on all settings low, very low or disabled. When I have turned the settings up the image quality stays exactly the same. I've tried updating drivers and rebooting the system several times.

Expected Result​

All textures should be of a decent image quality and render correctly.

Actual Result​

Image quality is very blurry. Assets are appearing as blocks. They take a very long time to render or sometimes not at all.

Steps to reproduce​

Machine is using a RTX 3060 and a Ryzen 5 5600X processor. All settings are set to low, very low or disabled.
