I patched my game to 1.1. I am playing Germany and I see how British Hurricanes enter through Wilhemshaven and leave through Freiburg. They are just second generation interceptors. My Me 109E can fly just 200Km.

I wonder this is a bug or something made to give advantage to the AI.

It's a WAD. It's the advantage given to AI nations to counteract the ineffectiveness of the AI.
