Yes it is ... but make sure you have the latest of the Beta patches .. the one from October 2008. It is the one at the bottom of the beta-patch thread.
If you are playing on CK Complete, the beta-patch included in that is from June 2008, and thus you will need to patch it again.
If you are unsure about which beta-patch you have, just patch it again with the October patch.
