Black Pants Legion has released an Amaris civil war video

So, I'm noticing a lot of clips being doctored from the HBS game intro. I'm also realizing Tex likes whiskey and hates Clanners. Mitch likes bourbon and hates Clanners. ... there must be some sort of coincidence of cosmically comic proportions here.

Also the Black Pants Legion videos on BattleTech are insanely well done, researched, and not just someone reading the Sarna article text or a Technical Readout. This series deserves all the positive attention it can get. Though due to being not-quite family friendly, I'm hesitant to link them here :)

Yep, I'm getting strapped in for this one. Even knowing how the story ends, I'm sure I'm going to love the presentation.

I especially liked the edited captions given to the news footage of Richard Cameron. Probably not far from what the real stories would be, given the total hash that Richard's reign became.

I haven't scouted around for a lot of BT lore videos, but I'm comfortable agreeing that Tex's are probably the best. Critical Rocket's MWO chassis videos might be considered runners-up, since his commentary often brings up a mech's history while he's showing off the gameplay, which can be fun to watch.

Oh boy.

Yeah this was worth two and a half hours :)
