AMD R9 290 Graphical Corruption

When i trying to construct something, some boxes spawning in the blue area. Can you help me to fix this?

i have the same card with omega drivers, i didnt notice anything,.



Just so you can exclude issues with drivers.

Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X OC
Only factory over-clock.

AMD Catalyst Driver Version, and Driver History
I'm currently using 14.12 Omega driver, but i was having same problem 14.11 too. Tried reinstall.

Operating System
Windows 8.1

Issue Details
There's not too much details, i've tried every graphic settings in Cities: Skylines, nothing changed. Just some strange boxes of dots, they got a pattern though.

Applications and Games
- Cities: Skylines
- Up to Date.

CPU Details
- Intel i5 4690
- Only a turbo boost.

Display Device(s) and Connection(s) Used
- LG E2360
- Sony HDMI cable

Motherboard or System Make & Model
- MSI Z87-G43 Gaming Motherboard.

Motherboard BIOS Version
- MSI A6

System Memory Type & Amount
- Corsair 8GB (2x4gb) XMS3 DDR3 1600MHz CL9 Dual Kit Ram

Power Supply
- Cooler Master RS750-AMAAB1-EU

Additional Hardware
- Corsair SSD, files aren't in this boot.

Additional Details
- I've tried reinstalling drivers, factory reset CCC and bios. Reinstalled Cities: Skylines. Reinstalled vcredist and directx.

This situation is really annoying, i really really need help.

I have the same Graphics Card (Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X) but for me its normal..

Please try and verify cache integrity in Steam.

Did you overclock your graphic card?
