Amount of building slots wasn't increased

Description​

Amount of building slots in barronies wasn't increased after unlocking "bailifs" innovation. Relog didn't help.

Steps to reproduce​

Unlocked bailifs (before it I had 3 slots per barony and 4 for every county capital), after the innovation was unlocked no new building slots appeared. I started this game before the update and was already in early medival when the update kicked in.
