IDEA:
How about a LIMITED 2-3 hour Demo of the game? So I don't have to potentially waste $40+ on a bad game, let's face it, this game has abysmal reviews..

THOUGHTS:
I Love city builders, I love Cities Skylines in particular... But something just didn't seem right about this game, when Quill18 played it a few months ago, I thought... Okay this game will be out in 2019 at the earliest... MAYBE you guys should have delayed the game.. Too many bugs for me to even consider buying it at the moment, I really wanted to, it hurts that you guys pulled an EA and just released w/o really doing QA, that is the majority of complaints.. Until this game is actually optimized for the PC and not smelling like a Console port I'll save my money for other games..

This really sucks I wanted this game, but call it gut instinct, which really got refined after the disaster known as No Man's Sky.. I couldn't pay up on day one..

You technically have 2 hours on Steam after which you can refund no questions asked (2 hours or less palyed AND bought the game in the past 14 days).

I haven't encountered any bugs personally, and the game seemed very stable. I usually minimize and start new games a lot to test things, and so far I haven't even had so much as a hiccup from the game.
Although I heard Mac and Linux players had a lot of problems.

Paradox has their own gameplay series on their YT channel which showcases the core functions (although understandibly they sell out hard, so watch that with a grain of salt).

I personally think it's not a bad idea to wait at least for the 1st big update.

Honestly, I think this would do more harm than good. The first 2-3 hours is where this game shines. I imagine a lot of people would be really into it at that point and buy it only to get another 2-3 hours in only to realize that after that initial startup, and the mysteries (which impact your overall plan very little for the most part) there's really nothing to do but build the same dome setup over and over (with no regard for resources because you have a huge stockpile) just to keep up with your extremely fertile colonists population boom.

Like MarQan said, I think its pretty reasonable to wait till the first big content update to see if they add in an end-game
