So I'm playing HOI2 with the Cold War mod as Germany. I've pretty much conquered the Middle East, and I have an odd question: What file and how do I mod it to allow a National Socialist Germany to release Israel? I did it with vanilla HOI2, but I can't do it with the Cold War mod and I've never really done any custom modding, so I don't know where to start looking.
