It takes a lot of work to make a mod you know. If you want such a scenario so badly, you should join one of the mod teams and help out.
^^ This, less complaining and more helping. If only i had more collaboration my mod would be much more advanced than it is now.
I agree. Everyone who has done modding would realize how useful help is, even if it is one person.
I myself had a thought to start thread with all the cold war/modern mods, which started and never got to something like stable final release, while the most never got it even to a beta release. Quite big amount.
modding is hard, especially because I'm just one person. I would suggest learning how to program, then to make the mod yourself.
